• How do we book you?
Very easy, you can secure your date by signing our photography agreement which we will send to you. For weddings we require a 30% booking fee.
• How will we receive our photos?
Your photos will be ready within 3-4 weeks. We will send you an email with all the instructions. Your private gallery will stay online for 3 months. From there you can download them and save them on your computer, as well as share them with friends and family.
• Do you retouch photos?
All images receive a serious retouching, our goal is to make them look timeless and less digital. We don't do body transforming as we don't believe in that.
• Do you work with shot lists?
Absolutely not. Not because we don't want to, but because it will prevent us from being most creative. Our style is the reason why you have chosen us, so please trust us with documenting your wedding day.
• Do you travel?
Absolutely! Even though we shoot most of our weddings in the Algarve, no location is too far or too remote for us. Travel costs need to be covered, in general flight, a rental car and some accomodation. Just bring us with you.
• Why you guys?
Because we love weddings! Other than that we also have 20 years of experience in photography and film. Our equipment lives up to the highest standard, including professional cinema cameras for our wedding films.
• How many hours do you work?
We try to keep it between 6 and 10 hours, depending on your package. We finish our work latest by midnight, because sometimes we have a long way home and we will not go to sleep before we have copied and backed-up your precious memories.
• Can we have the unedited footage?
You can have the unedited footage upon special request for some extra cost. Just let us know before your wedding day.
• Can we choose music for our wedding film?
Sure, but consider that many songs need to be licensed if you want to publish your wedding film. We work with musicbed, which offers a great variety of music, totally licensed.
• What should we do for our engagement session?
We will chat about your vision of the session to ensure that it will reflect your personalities. Whatever it is that makes the two of you, let's shoot that.
• How long will it take for our film to be completed?
Our typical turnaround time for wedding films is between 3-4 months. Photos are typically returned in 3-4 weeks or less.
• We already have a photographer, can we still have you for video?
Of course! We love working alongside other talented photographers and always do our best to collaborate to provide the best experience for you!
